3. Digital Products

All digital downloads (eBooks, meditations, PDFs, and related materials) are delivered electronically upon purchase. Because access is immediate, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.

You receive a personal, non-transferable license for your own use. You may not:

Share or post downloads publicly; or
Modify the content for commercial purposes without written permission.

4. Coaching, Yoga, and Meditation Services

By scheduling or participating, you acknowledge that:

They are not clinical therapy, counseling, or medical treatment;
No outcome is guaranteed;
You remain fully responsible for your choices and well-being.

New Mexico Disclosure: Monana Wellness LLC provides wellness and educational services only and does not offer licensed mental-health counseling in the State of New Mexico.

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are provided at booking.

5. Payments and Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment platforms (e.g., Stripe or PayPal).
Prices and offerings may change at any time without notice.

Applicable sales taxes may be collected at checkout where required by state or federal law, including the State of New Mexico.

6. Refund Policy

Because digital content is immediately accessible, no refunds or exchanges are issued once a purchase is completed. Refunds for live services (coaching, yoga, meditation) follow the cancellation policy provided at the time of booking.
