1. Digital Products (eBooks, Journals, Meditations, PDFs)

All digital downloads are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once your payment is processed and access has been granted.
This policy exists because digital goods cannot be returned or revoked once delivered.

If you experience technical issues with downloading or accessing your product, please contact us at monanawellness@gmail.com and we will assist you promptly.

2. Coaching, Yoga, and Meditation Sessions

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or missed sessions are non-refundable.
In case of emergencies, please contact us directly to discuss a possible reschedule but no refunds available.

All sessions are educational and wellness-oriented; results may vary based on your participation and commitment.

3. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

• You are charged in error or experience duplicate billing; or

• There is a verifiable technical failure on our system that prevents access to your purchase.

*Any refund granted will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Products Sold Through Third Parties (e.g., Amazon)

If you purchase Monana Wellness LLC products through another platform such as Amazon, please refer to that platform’s return and refund policies. We cannot process refunds for purchases made outside this website.
